Write to support@astera.digital and a person will answer. If you are reporting something broken, tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version and which tool you were using — it saves a round trip. You can also send it from inside the app (Settings → Contact), which attaches those details for you.
I paid for Pro but the app says I haven't
Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. If it still doesn't take, send us the App Store receipt email and we'll sort it out.
How do I cancel Pro?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FLSH → Cancel. Apple handles the billing, so cancellation and refunds go through them. You keep Pro until the period you already paid for runs out.
The email sign-in link doesn't open the app
Open the link on the same iPhone that has FLSH installed, and open it from the Mail app rather than from a preview inside another app — some in-app browsers refuse to hand links back to the app. If it opens in Safari instead, press and hold the link and choose Open in FLSH. Still stuck? Sign in with Apple works without a link.
A tool says it needs an internet connection
Expand, object removal, Makeup, Hair Style, Hair Colour, Impression, Night Flash, After Dark, Clear Skin, Bedazzled and Fisheye Flash run on a model that is far too large for a phone, so they run on our servers. Everything else — looks, adjustments, masks, retouch, relight, crop, grain — works with no connection at all.
What is the daily allowance?
The cloud tools cost real money per render, so each account gets a number of runs per day, higher on Pro. It resets every day. If you hit it and think something went wrong — a render that failed but still counted, for instance — tell us and we'll credit it back.
I tapped the tick but my edit didn't apply
The generative tools need two taps: the one that sets the style, and Render, at the bottom right of the photo. If you confirm without rendering, the Render button shakes to say so. Cancel leaves the photo untouched.
How do I delete something I posted to Discover?
Open the post in Discover and tap the ⋯ in the corner. On your own post the sheet says Your post and offers Delete post — it disappears for everyone. If you want the whole account gone instead, see below.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. It removes your profile, handle, posts, likes, saved recipes and uploaded images, permanently. Your Apple subscription is separate — cancel that in the App Store, or you will keep being billed.
What is a recipe code?
A short code that carries a whole edit: the look, the tools and every value. Copy one from a post or from your own export, paste it into Looks → Recipes, and the same stack lands on your photo. Codes contain no image and nothing about you.
Can I change the app's language?
Settings → Language. FLSH ships in English and 32 more languages, and follows your phone unless you pick one.
Something I edited looks wrong
Tap the layers button to see the stack, turn steps off one at a time to find the culprit, and undo from the arrows in the top bar. If a tool is consistently wrong on a particular photo, send us that photo and we will look at it — we only ever use it to fix the bug.
