FLSH is made by Astera. By using the app you agree to what follows. If you do not, please don't use it.

Your photos are yours

You keep every right you had in the photos and videos you bring to FLSH, and in everything you export from it. Editing a photo here gives us no claim over it.

The one exception you choose yourself: when you post to Discover, you give us permission to host and display that image and its recipe inside FLSH and on our own pages for the app, for as long as the post exists. Delete the post and that permission ends with it.

What you may post

Post only what is yours to post. Nothing unlawful, nothing that harasses or impersonates someone, no sexual content involving minors, no content you do not have the right to share — including photographs of other people who have not agreed to be published. We can remove a post or close an account that breaks this, and you can report anything you see.

Presets, frames and templates

The presets, frames, templates and sample images in FLSH are licensed to you for use inside the app and in the photos and videos you export, including commercially. They may not be extracted, resold or redistributed as a pack of their own.

FLSH Pro

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. The price and the term are shown before you buy. Renewal happens automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; where a free trial is offered, the same 24-hour rule applies to it. Manage or cancel in your App Store subscriptions — we cannot cancel it for you, and refunds are Apple's to give.

Generative tools and allowances

The cloud tools cost us money per run, so they carry a daily allowance that depends on your plan. We may change those allowances, and we may pause a tool for maintenance or when a provider is down. Generated results are produced by models and can be wrong, strange or unusable; check anything before you rely on it, and don't use these tools to fabricate something misleading about a real person or event.

Availability

We will do our best to keep FLSH working, but it is offered as-is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Astera is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use FLSH after that means you accept the new version.
